Meanwhile, Timpview made easy work of Logan on Friday and carried off a 10-3 win.
Cole Engemann was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Engemann was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one double.

Timpview has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Highland, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-9.
Highland got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in March of 2022 against Timpview by a conclusive 13-0 score. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Thunderbirds turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
