Elijah Strader was a one-man wrecking crew For McIntosh. as he threw for 149 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 65 yards and a pair of scores. Those 149 passing yards gave Strader a new career-high. Brandan Ridley was another key player, gaining 93 total yards.
Fayette County and McIntosh could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. The Tigers will square off against Warner Robins at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (374 vs. 62). Meanwhile, McIntosh (ranked 234th) will meet Sandy Creek (ranked 30th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
