Volleyball Recap: Gallup Has No Trouble Against Bloomfield

Gallup not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 13th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Bloomfield Bobcats with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Bengals: when they faced off against the Bobcats on October 14th, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Gallup walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-23, 25-15.

Gallup's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Bloomfield, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Gallup will square off against rival Shiprock at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bloomfield is set to challenge their familiar foe Miyamura at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
