Kaplan didn't have too many spare points in their matchup with Berwick on Friday, but they still walked away with a 38-33 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Kaplan.
The victory bumped Kaplan's record up to 4-3. The defeat dropped Berwick's record to 2-5.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Kaplan take on Erath at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams have set a high bar for this game after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for Berwick, they will face off against Patterson. Patterson are limping into the match on a six-game losing streak.
