Latin was the 2-0 winner over St. Laurence when they last played one another back in September of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Romans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings on Tuesday. The Romans' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19.

Latin's loss dropped their record down to 18-10. As for St. Laurence, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Latin will challenge Resurrection at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Laurence, they will be playing in front of their home fans against IC Catholic Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
