The Woodlawn Warriors will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Randallstown Rams at 4:00 p.m. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Woodlawn and 18 for Randallstown.
Last Wednesday, Woodlawn came up short against Kenwood and fell 61-48.
Woodlawn's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Jordan Harding, who scored 14 points along with two blocks, and Madison Marshall who scored nine points along with eight blocks. Serenity Best was another key contributor, scoring five points along with two steals.
Randallstown suffered their biggest defeat since December 8, 2023 on Thursday. They were the victim of a rough 53-32 loss at the hands of Franklin. Randallstown has not had much luck with Franklin recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Woodlawn's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-8. As for Randallstown, their loss was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
Everything came up roses for Woodlawn against Randallstown in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 as the team secured a 59-20 win. Will Woodlawn repeat their success, or does Randallstown have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
