It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Bennington Bears had no problem doing just that on Friday. They slipped by the Tigers 44-43. The win was familiar territory for Bennington who now have three in a row.
Despite the loss, Tushka still got an impressive performance from Tagen Simon, who scored 19 points along with six assists and three steals. That was a full 44.2% of Tushka's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Kason Hull was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with two steals.
Bennington's win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Tushka, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-14.
Bennington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tushka also has no future games currently scheduled.
