While Brogen Lyden delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Nevada Union. Lyden was dynamite, striking out eight batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
