The Kennard-Dale Rams will square off against the New Oxford Colonials at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Kennard-Dale comes in on five and New Oxford on four.
Kennard-Dale's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They blew past Susquehannock 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won three games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Noah Hoffer and Micah Smith did most of the damage at the plate: Hoffer scored a run and stole four bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances, while Smith scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Those four stolen bases gave Hoffer a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Avery Chenoweth, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.
Kennard-Dale was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .444. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .321 or higher in three consecutive contests.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times New Oxford and York Suburban had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Colonials were the clear victors by a 10-4 margin over the Trojans on Monday.
Tristyn Yerka made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
In other pitching news, Jacob Langkam looked comfortable as he pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits.
Back at the plate, Luke Frey was incredible, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 3-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. Nolan O'Brien was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
New Oxford's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Kennard-Dale, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Kennard-Dale has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.2 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like New Oxford struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4.7 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
