Gross Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Plattsmouth, their loss  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 14-5.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gross Catholic will venture away from home to  challenge Skutt Catholic  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Skutt Catholic knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Gross Catholic likes a good challenge. As for Plattsmouth, they will head out to  square off against Concordia  at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Plattsmouth has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 1-2 during that stretch of close contests.
