Joseph Brown Delivers Electric Performance Vs El Dorado
Starting off the list is Liberty Ranch's Joseph Brown, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Brown rushed for 284 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 67 yards.
Unfortunately for El Dorado, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Brown. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Brown saw the Cougars), he rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 59 receiving yards.

Andrew Quinn Makes It Two for Liberty Ranch
Keeping Brown company is Andrew Quinn, a fellow Liberty Ranch player. He wasn't messing around on Friday, rushing for 170 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.5 yards per carry. The contest was his third straight with two or more rushing touchdowns. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up 0.5 sacks, forced a fumble, and made three total tackles (1.5 for loss).
This season, Quinn has run in 6 touchdowns while averaging 69.3 rushing yards per game.

Jason Wilson Goes Supernova in El Dorado Loss
El Dorado had to settle for second on Friday, but Jason Wilson sure wasn't going down easily. Liberty Ranch had no answer to Wilson as he rushed for 63 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 239 yards and two touchdowns.
This season, Wilson has thrown 7 touchdowns while averaging 145 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 12.43 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 48.43 rushing yards.

Nathan Zeppieri's big game helped extend Bradshaw Christian's winning streak to seven on Friday. Zeppieri did his part (and then some), rushing for 107 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries for the 'W'.
Unfortunately for Union Mine, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Zeppieri. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Zeppieri saw the Diamondbacks), he rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also caught a touchdown.
