Notre Dame-Green Pond had a senior duo take command as Danny Darno threw for 231 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes and Josh Ludlow gained 80 total yards and three touchdowns. Kellen Binstead made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Wilson Area's loss was their ninth straight at home (dating back to last season), which dropped their overall record down to 0-9. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 5.1 points per game. As for Notre Dame-Green Pond, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
