Meanwhile, Locust Fork put another one in the bag two weeks ago to keep their perfect season alive. They took their matchup on the road with ease, bagging a 51-12 win over West End. Fans of Locust Fork have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season ended as a blowout.
"dino" Dylan embry was his usual excellent self, rushing for 145 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, while also throwing for 167 yards and a touchdown on only 14 passes. Landon "lando" keith was in the mix too, providing Locust Fork with two touchdowns.
North Sand Mountain has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Locust Fork, they pushed their record up to 10-0 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
