The Meeker Cowboys weren't able to make up for their loss to the Little Snake River Rattlers from their previous meeting in January. Meeker fell to Little Snake River 52-45. The Cowboys' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.
The loss dropped the Cowboys back to even at 9-9. The win was the third in a row for Little Snake River and raised their record to 9-8.
Meeker will take on Hayden Friday at home. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 32 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close game. As for Little Snake River, they will go up against Saratoga Friday. Unlike the Rattlers, Saratoga will be limping in after taking a loss.
