Camarillo will be defending their home turf for the first time on Thursday when they go up against Royal at 5:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Camarillo had enough points to win and then some against Buena last Thursday, winning 34-14.
Royal came within a touchdown against Rio Mesa last week, but wound up with a 25-36 loss.
Camarillo's win lifted them to 3-0 while Royal's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Camarillo can add another positive mark to their record or if Royal can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Camarillo's step.
