The last time they met, Touchet were the 64-20 winner over St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse. This time around? They had no such luck. Touchet were given a punishing 0-46 defeat at the hands of St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse. The state rankings had actually given Touchet a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Touchet are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5. The victory bumped St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's record up to 1-3.
Next week Touchet take on Garfield-Palouse at 7:00 AM. Touchet stagger into the match hobbled by five consecutive losses while Garfield-Palouse skip in buoyed by five consecutive wins. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse will take on Pomeroy at home at 7:00 PM. The squad will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
