The Southside Seahawks will square off against the Martin County Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Meanwhile, while Martin County put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Northside - Pinetown. Martin County took their match at home with ease, bagging a 52-0 victory over Northside - Pinetown. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gators.
Jah Sheppard had a dynamite game for Martin County, rushing for 296 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.5 yards per carry.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Martin County's defense and their 5.5 sacks. Northside - Pinetown's QB won't forget Chris Bell anytime soon given he sacked him twice. Kel'Javious Moore was another major factor on D, picking up 0.5 sacks, forcing a fumble, and making 15 total tackles (4.5 for loss).
Southside's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Martin County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
