Lakeview had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They took down the Gull Lake Blue Devils 54-39. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 221st, while the Blue Devils are ranked 547th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lakeview's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Gull Lake, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

As of now, neither Lakeview nor Gull Lake have any future games scheduled.
