In what's become a running theme this season, Lennox Academy gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by  a  16-6 margin over the Compton Early College Rising Phoenix. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Lennox Academy.
  Liliana Vallejo was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and not a single walk). Vallejo was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-3 with seven  RBI, two  doubles,  and a  run.
 In other batting news,  Jaylene Luna was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was  Ariana Olmos, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-2.
 Lennox Academy's win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 10-3. As for Compton Early College, they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-7.
 Lennox Academy will head out on the road to  take on  Animo Leadership at 2:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Lennox Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 11.8  runs per game  this season. As for Compton Early College, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Dominguez at 2:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Compton Early College is facing Dominguez at the right time seeing as Dominguez is stuck on  a  ten-game losing streak.
