Shipley's game last Monday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They managed a 67-61 victory over Germantown Friends. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Shipley's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Will Littles, Jr, who scored 23 points along with five assists and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Littles, Jr has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Matt Lange, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and six assists.
Shipley's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-15. As for Germantown Friends, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.
Shipley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Germantown Friends also has no future games currently scheduled.
