Meanwhile, Bruning-Davenport/Shickley put the finishing touches on their 6th blowout victory of the season. They won the matchup and then some against Thayer Central, taking the matchup 46-12. The victory was familiar territory for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, who now have eight in a row.
Their wins bumped Osceola/High Plains to 4-4 and Bruning-Davenport/Shickley to 8-0. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Osceola/High Plains and Bruning-Davenport/Shickley will really light up the scoreboard.
