This season hasn't been kind to the High Point Academy Eagles, who are still winless after their seventh matchup. They took a serious blow against Lake Country Christian on Friday, falling 84-17. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points High Point Academy has scored all season.
Josiah Biddle continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lake Country Christian, scoring 22 points along with two steals. Bryce Fagley was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with four steals.
High Point Academy dropped their record down to 0-7 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lake Country Christian, their victory ended a eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-24.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. High Point Academy will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th. As for Lake Country Christian, they will face off against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Midland Classical Academy is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.
