Shanley put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They were fully in charge, breezing past Wahpeton 38-0. The win was familiar territory for Shanley, who now have eight in a row.
Shanley added further sheen to their flawless record, now 8-0. Wahpeton are on a three-game losing streak that has brought their record down to 1-7.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Shanley take on Devils Lake/Minnewaukan at 1:30 PM. Devils Lake/Minnewaukan took a loss in their last contest and are no doubt out to reverse Shanley's good fortune. Wahpeton will be playing at home against Watford City at at 1:30 PM. Those two teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses for Wahpeton and eight for Watford City.
