They came out on top against Beachside by a score of 60-49. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Trinity Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
Trinity Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Luke Baker, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds. Ethan Wheeler was another key contributor, scoring six points along with 14 rebounds.
Trinity Christian Academy pushed their record up to 13-6 with that win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.8 points per game. As for Beachside, their loss dropped their record down to 9-11.
Trinity Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on Episcopal School of Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Episcopal School of Jacksonville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Trinity Christian Academy in Florida (Episcopal School of Jacksonville is ranked 54th, while Trinity Christian Academy is ranked 484th). As for Beachside, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Eagle's View at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
