Lenox put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They made easy work of Lamoni and carried off a 40-12 win. Lenox were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Lenox will stay at home next week against Moravia at 7:00 PM. Unlike Lenox, Moravia will be limping in after taking a loss. Lamoni will be staying on the road, facing off against Southeast Warren. Southeast Warren are cruising in on a nine-game winning streak.
