Sturgis East won the last time they faced Rising Tide and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Storm were the clear victors by a 12-5 margin over Rising Tide. The result was nothing new for the Storm, who have now won three matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Sturgis East is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.5 runs over those games. As for Rising Tide, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.
