Devin Hardy put in work while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. That's the fewest earned runs he has allowed over his last three games. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs.
Hardy wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Colten Bashore, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
