Meanwhile, San Jacinto Valley Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by Hamilton 39-8. The Wolves were already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.
Vasquez's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-3. As for San Jacinto Valley Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
