Jacob Edwards posted a new career-high in total tackles on Friday. He made 16 total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended one pass, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made seven or more in each of the last four games he's played.

Edwards' strong effort led Leesville Road over Broughton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pride are a perfect 10-0 against the Capitals going back to October of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
