Holly Hill Academy has not had much luck with Andrew Jackson Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Andrew Jackson Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bella Carrigg led the charge by scoring 14 points along with 4 steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Carrigg has scored at least 25% of Andrew Jackson Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Harlo Sease, who scored 14 points.
Holly Hill Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Andrew Jackson Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holly Hill Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Richard Winn Academy at 6:00 p.m. on December 11th. Andrew Jackson Academy and Colleton Prep Academy will face off at 6:00 p.m. on November 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
