Jaxon Garcia Delivers Electric Effort Vs Santa Gertrudis Academy
Jaxon Garcia helped snap Falfurrias's five-game losing streak. Garcia turned in nothing short of a gem on Friday, rushing for 64 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, while also throwing for 150 yards and a touchdown. Those 64 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
Garcia and Falfurrias will head out to take on Progreso at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Garcia took on the Red Ants, he threw for 105 yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 43 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

San Diego Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Ronnie White
Ronnie White was instrumental in extending San Diego's winning streak to three on Friday. White was dynamite, picking up 85 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 52 yards and a touchdown on only five carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making two total tackles.
San Diego is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. White and San Diego will welcome Bishop at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Luera As San Diego Won 38-13
Keeping White company is Nicholas Luera, a fellow San Diego player. He rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 116 rushing yards dating back to last season.
This season, Luera has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 120.7 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown.

Ruben Atkinson put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown.
If history really does repeat itself, Atkinson might just drop another big game when he faces off against Raymondville on Friday. Back in August of 2023 (the last time Atkinson saw the Bearkats), he threw for 353 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75.9% of his passes.
