The Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines will head out on the road to face off against the Parkville Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Western Tech & Environmental Science will be strutting in after a victory while Parkville will be coming in after a defeat.
Western Tech & Environmental Science gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They blew past Randallstown 62-27 at home.
Meanwhile, Parkville came up short against New Town on Friday and fell 53-45.
Despite their loss, Parkville saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Chima Egeonu, who scored 3 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 blocks, was perhaps the best of all. Cameron Alexander was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Western Tech & Environmental Science's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Parkville, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Western Tech & Environmental Science beat Parkville 61-50 when the teams last played back in February of 2017. Will Western Tech & Environmental Science repeat their success, or does Parkville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
