Gilbert had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Wilson Tigers a 14-0 shutout. Considering the Indians have won 12 games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Gilbert pushed their record up to 23-3 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Wilson, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.

As of now, neither Gilbert nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
