Soccer Game Preview: First Academy vs. Real Life Christian Academy

First Academy and Real Life Christian Academy are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but likely not for long. The First Academy Eagles will welcome the Real Life Christian Academy Raptors at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

First Academy is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals on Monday, they were much more limited against Mount Dora Christian Academy on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Eagles couldn't quite close it out.

Meanwhile, Real Life Christian Academy lost 8-2 to Geneva on Tuesday. The Raptors were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-1.

Matheus Coelho Zubi and Kyden Allen scored both of Real Life Christian Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

First Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-5-2. As for Real Life Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
