Jaquan Johnson Turns in Season-Best  Effort
  Jaquan Johnson produced his most outstanding game to date while leading North Rockland to the win  on Friday. Johnson rushed for 240 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (112.1). He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 91-yard run.
 Johnson must have Carmel's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When  Johnson last faced the Rams  back in October, he rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per carry.

A Season-Best  Effort from  Vinny Angioletti Leads John Jay over Mount Vernon
 On Thursday, John Jay got the W thanks in part to  Vinny Angioletti playing the best football he has all season. Angioletti rushed for 60 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 81 receiving yards.
 This year,  Angioletti  has averaged 30.8 receiving yards per game.

Ryan Rancourt Delivers Best  Performance of Season
 Sadly,  Ryan Rancourt posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Arlington over Ketcham on Thursday. Rancourt rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes. The  effort  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in September.
 For the season,  Rancourt  has thrown 12 touchdowns while averaging 163 passing yards per game.

Cartier Joshua Sets Career High in  Rushing Yards
 Arlington came up short  on Thursday despite  Cartier Joshua delivering his best game to date. Joshua picked up 152 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 49 yards, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 81 yards.
 On the season,  Joshua  has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 59.8 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season,  he had two  receiving touchdowns.

Lawrence Posts Huge Game in  42-14  Victory
 The second John Jay player making an appearance here is  Logan Lawrence, and for good reason. He threw for 262 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes.
 This season,  Lawrence  has thrown 10 touchdowns while averaging 135.4 passing yards per game.
