Despite the loss, Ozanam still got an impressive performance from Talan Olmstead, who dropped a double-double on 36 points and 16 rebounds. Olmstead scored a full 50% of Ozanam's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Quincy Reid, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds.
The win got Midland Adventist Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Ozanam, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.
Midland Adventist Academy will head out on the road to face off against Kansas City East Christian Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Kansas City East Christian Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 757 points over their last ten matches. As for Ozanam, they will be playing at home against The Daniel Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
