Benson really tore up the turf during one magnificent 88-yard run. Tighe Williams was in the mix as well, providing Creekside with a touchdown.
The win made it two in a row for Drew and bumps their season record up to 6-1. As for Creekside, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
Drew took a serious blow against Creekside when the teams last played back in September of 2021, falling 41-0. Thankfully for Drew, Nyqua Lett (who threw for 159 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown on only six carries) won't be suiting up this time.
