Grandview Heights Wins Ninth-Straight Thanks to Owen Nugent
Owen Nugent's big game helped extend Grandview Heights's winning streak to nine on Friday. Nugent turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 51 yards.
Nugent and Grandview Heights will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bishop Rosecrans at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st. The Bobcats got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bishops, probably because Nugent had a solid game then too: he picked up 40 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 34 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
