Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cobden). They blew past Agape Christian 69-33 on Friday. While the Appleknockers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
Cobden's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Century, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 4-0.
Century was able to grind out a solid win over Cobden in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 47-35. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Centurions since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
