There's no place like home for Lakeside, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They really took it to the Canton-Galva Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up  a  66-20 victory. The Knights' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
  Caleb Frasier had a dynamite game for Lakeside, rushing for 218 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. Another back making a difference was  Kaden Mccoy, who rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries.
 Lakeside was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 406  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2023.
 Lakeside didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut  Reece Remus. He also  hauled in two  receiving touchdowns, which is notable because Lakeside is 2-1 when he posts  at  least  two  receiving touchdowns, but 1-5 otherwise.
 Lakeside's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Canton-Galva, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost five of their last six matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record  this season.
 As of now, neither Lakeside nor Canton-Galva have any future games scheduled.
