The Oglesby Tigers put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Buckholts 62-0 at home. Oglesby might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won eight contests by 37 points or more this season.
Hunter Walter threw for 30 yards while completing 100% of his passes. Landon Williamson was his top target, picking up 30 receiving yards and a touchdown. On the ground, Kyler Fossett rushed for 45 yards and a touchdown.
Oglesby has yet to lose a match at home this season, leaving them with a 10-0 record. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38.6 points. As for Buckholts, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Oglesby will square off against Walnut Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Walnut Springs will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 179th, while Oglesby is ranked 15th). Buckholts does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
