 Even though they lost, Lutheran North  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lutheran West struck out eight times.
 Lutheran West's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Lutheran North,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 8-4.
 Coincidentally,  both teams will both be playing Metro-East Lutheran the next time they take the field. Lutheran West will head out to face Metro-East Lutheran at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday, while Lutheran North will play them later in the day, at 11:00  a.m.
