Johnson-Brock put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley Eagles by a score of 46-35. Given Johnson-Brock's advantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 21st, while Bruning-Davenport/Shickley is ranked 154th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Johnson-Brock to victory, but perhaps none more so than Camden Dalinghaus, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 21 points and eight rebounds. Dalinghaus is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Koehler, who posted ten points and seven rebounds.

Johnson-Brock smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive games.

Johnson-Brock's win bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Bruning-Davenport/Shickley, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

When Johnson-Brock and Bruning-Davenport/Shickley next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Johnson-Brock will try to stop Exeter-Milligan/Friend's 11-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Johnson-Brock's defense has only allowed 28.4 points per game this season, so Bruning-Davenport/Shickley's offense will have their work cut out for them. Meanwhile, Bruning-Davenport/Shickley will try to stop McCool Junction's three-game winning streak when the meet on Tuesday. Johnson-Brock is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 69.1 points per game this season.
