Vivian Zurheide produced another solid effort dropping a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 8.6 boards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Briann Anderson, who posted seven points and six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Bunker Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Nokomis and fell 52-21. The game marked the Minutemen's lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
Bunker Hill's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Southwestern, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.
