Port Jervis put another one in the bag  on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Saugerties Sawyers 48-14. Given the Raiders' advantage  in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 32nd, while the Sawyers are ranked 221st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Port Jervis' win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Saugerties, their  loss was their first of the  season and  makes their record 6-1.
