Softball Recap: Hatley Gets the Win

Hatley posted their closest win since February 21st on Tuesday. They skirted past the Walnut Wildcats 12-10. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Kelsey Coffey was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Abbye Smith, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Hatley's record is now 10-5. As for Walnut, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Hatley will have a chance to go back-to-back against Walnut: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
