Valley lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Florin, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Wednesday's match. The Vikings were the clear victors by a 31-21 margin over the Panthers on Wednesday. The Vikings' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Valley's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-9. As for Florin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-9.

Coming up, Valley will look to defend their home field on Friday against Foothill at 4:00 p.m. The Mustangs will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last. As for Florin, they will square off against Burbank at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
