The Sebring Blue Streaks will challenge the Auburndale Bloodhounds at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Sebring is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Lakeland with a sharp 18-3 win. The Blue Streaks' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Auburndale can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Lake Gibson as they made off with a 10-4 victory.
Ailenid Lozada spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on five hits.
At the plate, Auburndale got a massive performance out of Brylyn Miller, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriella Gonzalez, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Sebring is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.8 runs over those games. As for Auburndale, their record is now 6-20.
Sebring took their victory against Auburndale when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 9-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Streaks since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
