While fans of Lincoln College Prep might be used to big wins, the 45-point margin marked the team's biggest victory yet this season.
Meanwhile, Guadalupe Centers' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their 11th straight loss. They were beaten by Independence Home School 79-39. While losing is never fun, Guadalupe Centers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 584th in Missouri, while Independence Home School is ranked 246th in Kansas).
Lincoln College Prep's win ended a 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-9. As for Guadalupe Centers, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
