Basketball Recap: Inglemoor Skates Past Evergreen with Ease

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Inglemoor). They blew past the Evergreen Wolverines 86-39 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Vikings have posted since December 6, 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Inglemoor to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reuhen Bhalod, who went 10 of 13 on his way to 20 points in addition to eight rebounds and three blocks. The contest was Bhalod's 17th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aman Sterling, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 15 points in addition to six assists and three steals.

Inglemoor was working as a unit and finished the game with 24 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Inglemoor now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Evergreen, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Inglemoor will head out to face off against Highline at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Inglemoor is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 65.1 points per game this season. As for Evergreen, they will venture away from home to take on Decatur at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
